I have a feeling that Mk1 and Mk2 screens are the same, so a Mk1 rubber with a chrome strip, could be fitted to a Mk2...
You need to phone them and make clear, you want a standard screen rubber for a Mk2,
What's wrong with your old one?

Is there corrosion under the rubber, there really is not much to go wrong with a MK2 screen rubber, unless its ripped

Thanks for that, the seal i have fitted the now doesnt sit flush on the inside of both bottom corners,u can get your finger between the seal and body unlike the rest of the seal.theres no rust either probably fitted wrong.

Maybe it's the windscreen that's a bad fit?
