Hi to all......I have a 16v MK2 and the head light (green i think) and the main beam light bulbs (blue) in the clocks don't work. I've stripped the clocks down and I can't see a way to replace these tiny tiny bulbs......I'm I wasting my time or can this be done? Its doing my head in because I don't know if I'm driving round with my main beam on or not.
Thanks
Gicho

they just pop out, you need to lift up the plastic holder thing first which is a bit fiddly. the green one is the indicator warning, the blue one is actually a small bulb rather than an led with a blue cap on it
-
the green one is the indicator as you said....the blue one has a blue cap over it and for some reason doesn't appear to be removable
-
it is removable, just a bit of clear plastic over the bulb ;)
as i say you need to remove the pblack plastic tray thing that goes over the bulbs, which can put up a bit of a fight, then the bulbs/leds pull out. they can put up a fight as well
but dont give up, i had to pinch the blue bulb out of my spare mk2 16v clocks and fit my mk1 cabby clocks :)

where can I buy these tiny bulbs from.....does anyone know the name of them
