Title: mk3 golf ABS light

hi i have a mk3 golf gti 8v :grin:
and the ABS light wont go out for the MOT
i have checked all of the sensors and the wiring down by the wheels and they are fine
i put in a new ABS light in the dash and iv disconnected the battery to see if it re-set it self but
still no luck any ideas :huh: :huh:
as it needs to go in for a re-test by the end of the week!!!!!!! :cry: :cry:

Have you had it scaned for fault codes.

Most likely a faulty sensor mate, I got same thing atm.
You will have to get fault codes checked or vagcom to find out which wheel is at fault!

well had a problem with it an had a new ECU fitted down at a local vw specalist
and it was hooked up to the computers there and wen i got it back he said there were no faults found but i mite take it back..
