hi all, i need to re wire my head lights in my mk2, everything is cut, and i got burnt wires, has anyone got a mk2 headlight wireing diagram?

where is the hazard switch, dash or column? which bits are burnt out, bay side or behind the dash?

i got the hazard light in the dash, also its in the bay where i got some burnt and chopped together.

should do you. find the dim dip resistor and bin it, this could be the reason it melted in the 1st place. its the thing on driver side chassis leg about size of a packet of polos with a yellow wire out of each end. follow the wiring from it to the 2 pin plug, disconnect it then rip it off and bin
