I bought a set of Mk6 .:R brakes and need to replace front pads. Had a look on brakes4u.co.uk but couldn't find any. Anyone give me any advice?
Thanks in advance

Not sure they're any different are they? Apart form being black and having R on them..???
-
I would imagine they are exactly the same as the R32/S3 brakes hth

They're not the same, they're slightly bigger I think, 355mm?

if they are 355mm then they are definately bigger. the R32/S3/Cupra all use 345mm iirc. CAnt imagine why they would introduce a bigger size when the current S3 setup has always been fine.

They are the same as the S3, R32 and Cupra K1 brakes
The discs are 345mm and the pads can be sourced from loads of places. I am currently running a set of Golf R brakes on mine while waiting for something new to come out.

My personal favorites are the Mintex Fast Road M1144 pads, not the cheapest at £100 a set but they really work well
