hi all, are the gearboxes throughout the mk4 1.8t gti range all the same? cheers

been offered a 6spd box from a cupra r for £220.

think this is a good mod to do??

sorry to butt in but i have a 5speed box from the turbo i am breaking for £150 if u are interested?

6spd box is a lot of work to fit plus not worth the bother from threads I have read.

ok i will just stick with the 5 speed, cant be bothered with any hassle!

i have found a box very local to me, within 20 miles so im just gonna stay with that unless you are close too
