Title: Has anyone retro fitted R xenon's?

Hi R owners,

Quick question, on your headlamps does the side light operate as a sidelight as per the photo below?

I didn't think they had the sidelights Doc? They have the LED DRL's don't they? And just the two lights in the lamp housing?

Lol, I thought that too, but I had a good look at one today and it does look the same, it wasin a car park so I couldn't ask the owner to find out  :sad:

The DRL's come on less brightly for sidelights. The 'sidelight' inside the headlamp is not active, though I have no idea if there is a bulb holder in there or not.

We don't have side lights, as mac says the drls come on slightly dimmed. The main lamps only come on full whack. The smaller light is the indicator...

Not sure if that answers yr question though :embarassed:

Thanks guys, they are the same as the normal xenon's and contain bulbs etc but are coded differently  :wink:
