Still no spark what am i missing?
changed crank sensor,coil/ignition module getting power to this, relays, ecu, checked wiring only thing i cant do is vagcom cause no one has one. have tried to plug it in with a reader from a garage but doesnt connect to ecu.
must be somthing simple im getting frustrated now.
thinking about breaking it to get some money back and buy a cheap vr.

Check the battery and all the earths?! :undecided:
-
done that too mate!
-
seems to tick all the time from the inlet manifold area is it suppose to do that?
-
If the reader from the garage is not reading the ECU, could it not be the ECU thats the problem.
-
have another one and it wont read it either mate.

open the bonnet mate stand at your door and turn key just till lights come and listern! do you get a click noise or pop? listern very carefully and let me know

-
what from under the bonnet? does it sound like its coming from dizzy cap? i mean by this just one popping or load click noise?
-
no from the tb area mate constant clicking like switching hazards on.

if you have replaced everthing then its got to point to ecu issues....again like i said before i spent ages trying to fault find and after spending sh!t loads on replacing pretty much everthing it came down ecu....join the rac they know there stuff :smiley:dont give up mate
