Title: New gearbox = MFA showing 13mpg average?

Just had a new gearbox fitted on my 1992 8v gti today and now I'm only getting 13.6mpg according to the MFA, any ideas???

Vac pipe has been dislodged somewhere, MFA is purely an estimation, have you noticed a marked reduction in fuel consumption?

No reduction in actual mpg. Any ideas where this vac pipe might be located so I can sort it???
