Hi everyone

I am pretty new to the whole golf scene, i recently bought a mk2 Gti 16V on a F plate with 103,000 on the clock for a whopping ?550!!! i think it is great :grin:!!! i will try to get some pics on as soon as i get day light!!

?700 is still a good price, i have seen 16V's go for over 2g's!! obviously better condition than mine but still!!!!!!

...... plus i got it of a good mate of my uncles who had it for 3 yrs, so i got a good price!!!! :wink:

could anyone tell me how to get a pic/ animated GIF next to my posts instead of a red X! i put my animated GIF on photobucket.com and put the URL into the "personal picture" when setting up your profile bu it still doesn't work!!!

search for an avatar through google. Find the one you like. Right click on it, go to properties and highlight and copy the address i.e http://www.myavatar.com/gif

Then go to the "my profile" section in the forum and paste it into the "have my own pic"

It worked for me  :wink:
