Guessing they are currently 256mm brakes?

If you want to keep 4 stud you'll need mk2 G60 calipers and carriers, which are 280mm same as early GTI brakes.

there's lots of threads about uprating brakes on the non gti's (search time)

b.t.w 280mm g60 set up is best but you can also go 256mm vented mk2

Little point in upgrading unless your running daft power, 256 setup with good quality pads will be fine.
