Title: MK3 Noobie from Matlock, Derbyshire

Hi all, Just a quick hello from me. Me & my partner have recently purchased a 1994 5 door MK3 GTi 16v in a Grey/Mauve colour. It wasnt intentional to be honest, kind of a mad moment on eBay!! :evil:! But we got the car for a song so very very happy with it, even happier to find that the previous owner had fitted the recaro interior complete with rear seat head rests which I have been told are rare!?. My partner is that happy she got rid of her Saxo VTR just so she had an excuse to drive it more!!! :grin:
I am not a complete stranger to the DubWorld having owned a fantastic MK2 GTi 8v 3 door, what a fun car! Still regret selling it to this day  :cry:
Being a Land Rover chappie too I am already a member on a Landy forum so I know how helpful these forums can be so thought would pop me head in! Look forward to swapping tips/jokes/banter with you all.
