Title: indicators
Post by: clivusdel on 06 February 2011, 07:51
are there any other cars that people know of that the front indicators might fit direct into the front bumper of the mk3?
they would have to large enought to do away with the 'fake' fogs.

None are a direct fit, porsche ones fit with some modding but look awful :D

you can buy long indicators (that replace indicator and tow eye blank but not the fogs) ebay is your friend but the one's I had fogged up really easy!

what if i was to fabricate some panels to fit slots, then mount in some indicators off something else?
and what shape would look better, round, square or rectangle?

has anyone else done this? with any pics?

Ive seen some of older Audi front indicators fitted before, they're quite large and curve around the corner of the bumper. Not to my personal taste though.
