Title: Engine Mount ??

Hi guys, I've had my VR6 for a couple of weeks now and I've noticed in first and second the engine was banging about. So I had a look about and noticed this bolt in the picture was loose but when I tried to tighten it the rubber bit under it was turning aswell. Just wanted to confirm what engine mount is it or is it the gearbox mount ?
