Title: Exhaust / Manifold

I have a MK2 Golf 16v, Need to replace exhaust.
Option 1  Magnex Manifold & System
Option 2  Supersprint system
Will I gain much from the Magnex Manifold only other mod is Performance air filter.
How much heat rap is needed, Cost ???
Any help and feedback would be welcomed
Other options ?????
