While ordering some top up and other bits from VW spares the guys
told me that the rubber diaphraghm can pass oil when vacuum is applied.
can anyone help me ? what should i be looking for etc
Thanks
Ian
p.s - car is 2006 200ps engine but is remapped

Hmm, I wonder if he meant a leaky pcv...
Here is a pic of it though the replacement silicone connecting hoses to the intake has a check valve installed.

forgive my rubbish description. this is my first turbo petrol so relying on what i'm told.
that does help though. where did you get that set up?

That pic was taken from one of the forums.
The plastic part with the circular shaped bit is the pcv and it can leak boost. It's attached by four screws. The actual silicone hoses and check valve set up is made by Eurojet and it should stop the boost leak from occuring.

is the euro jet product easiliy swapped back?
no bits from OEM system are modified...just flexi pipe removed?

Yes just remove the oem connecting hose and replace it with the Eurojet check valve + hoses .
