Title: Bilberry wheel cleaner
Post by: Jimble on 30 January 2011, 21:16
I recently got some Bilberry wheel cleaner from waxamomo, i've mixed it in a megs spray bottle approx 1-3, my question is, is it likely to have any adverse affect on the centre caps/wheel nut caps and tyres?

no probs mate, as with all wheel cleaners just keep an eye on dwell times and make sure you rinse off well.

Bilberry is very good - it foams nicely, cleans very well and clings to the wheel.

Used it for the first time yesterday, as mentioned above it seems to clean well, i mixed it approx 1-3 as my wheels never really get that bad as i clean the car most weekends and thought that would be strong enough, it seems to leave the wheels with quite a nice shine even before wax etc once dried, the undiluted liquid smells putrid! But once it's mixed and sprayed out it's lovely!
I'd recommend the megs spray bottle and chemical resistant head, works a treat and it's adjustable. hope this helps.
