Will a KR 16v head fit an Audi 80 2.0 16v Jreg block?,and will this fit a MK1 Golf?

Yes,the head will fit that engine.
As for fitting the engine in a mk1, check out my reply in the mk1 forum. You will have to change the oil filter housing for one off a kr or similar, as this is different on the Audi.
