Title: how much coolant do i need?

im going to change the thermostat this weekend so i was wondering whats the best mixture n how much coolant will i need? i have an aum 1.8t
any help would b appreciated . also where could i get a thermostat o ring/gasket??

you can get all those bits including the coolant from VW not expensive parts, i think the coolant is called G12? Ithink you need a couple of litres?

you need need a gallon of neat g12, dont mix it any stronger than 50:50

you dont need a gallon lol 2 bottles is more than adequate..
