Title: Audi A3 Late 2000 - Door trim removal
Post by: Shady Pioneer on 26 January 2011, 14:19
Just a quick question for anyone that knows, a colleague has an A3 and wants to take off the door trim to respray them. How are these secured onto the car? By clips or something else. What's the best way to remove them.

Thanks guys.

I think iirc they are stuck on, and a nightmare to get off with them staying straight, you then need some very expensive double sided tape to stick them back on... wouldn't get involved tbh...

Plastic levers with a cloth behind.

Pull widthways downwards, do it lengthways are you'll bend it.
