Go to VW for the oil, it's the best for your car and it's cheaper than anywhere else (£16 for 5l at my local branch).

Your right.. it is the best, Synta Silver you mean probably but my VW dealer put the price up a while ago to nearly £40.00 !  it was only about £14.00 previously.. thank god you guys pointed me to vwspares! ;)

I know..shocking!  i had a double take at the parts guy who knows me for all my custom and he was almost embarassed about it!

From what i've heard it's not a nationwide dealer practice..as yet anyway i don't know..so you may be alright still.

Anyways vwspares do it for about 12.50 with postage so phew!  lets hope they don't hike their prices.
