Presume you've jacked it up and had a look? Is there not play in the wheel? Any signs of scorig on the disc? Leaks from the cv boot?

I did a wheelbearing a couple of weeks ago and there was no play in the wheel! It made a rumbling noise whichever way the wheel was turned. Make sure you havnt got a bit of road grit between your pad and disc bro. Did it begin right after you changed the pads??

Hold on.. It could be the metal shield around the back of the disc that is catching ever so slightly.. check that too!!

Or maybe you just have a loose plastic, and the tire is rubing.
Anyway you gotta remove the wheel and see whats what.

Good luck!
