Title: metering head washers

anyone know where I can get replacement washers for the k jet metering head? tried using copper ones from a local motorspares place but they are either to small or to big only ones i could get where fiber washers and not convinced they will work.

asked my mate that works there and he said there obsolete  :huh: :huh:as couldnt find em on system

Im sure a good auto place will supply you with some copper ones just take an old one with you and match it up they are just washers with a specific diameter on them?

they seem to be a strange size, the copper onesare either a few mm to small or vice versa. going to try a plumbing merchants the fibre ones seem to be holding atm though but not a long term solution

still available from vw according to my copy of etka with a recent online price update:
N   013 807 6 - small washer, 8x11.5 - 0.21+VAT
N   013 811 5 - wur large fitting washer, 10x13.5 - 0.31+VAT
N   013 812 8 - metering head inlet/outlet washer, 12x15.5 - 0.25+VAT

the small washer is used on pretty much all of the connections on metering head/wur/5th injector with 13mm banjo bolts

Look for a local Bosch agent they can supply them.

VW do them, got a load of them a few weeks ago from a newish VW dealer.

yeah got em ordered today, picking them up on tuesday.
