Title: airbag light stays on

need help on how to reset the airbag light. I installed a clusting chrome ring, when I put everything back together my airbag light indicator stays on. i,m from United State and the dealers want to charge me some $700.+ to fixed the problem.Appriciete any help thanks

I think you may need to get one of those computers that plug in the ECU, when i used to work for a used car finance place we had a 2yr old bora that came in with an airbag light on, and they had to plug the computer in the ECU and find the fault code.
Is there a garage near you that would charge a fair price to check your fault codes?
