I have just bought a set of BBS wheels (see below) I believe you can fit new outer rims to these wheels to add an extra 2 inch to the width and make them look like the lower set of wheels
How much should I expect to pay for the outer rims and is fitting them a major specialist job and if so how much would i expect to pay for that.

cant see them but i assume they are either rs or rm's shop around because prices vary but i think for 2" outers your looking at about ?80 a rim.
i re-furbed mine and they were quite time consuming but not too difficult. i'd do them again if i had to!!! if you were to pay to have them done you normally pay about ?65 a wheel for a re-build....it all adds up! thats why i did mine myself!

The don't look like Split Rims, which means you can't replace the outers :sad:
Can still look to get them refurbished though and that should do the job :smiley:

yeah they are one piece so you'll have to get them re-furbed and have the outer rim diamond cut to get it all gleaming but you can't add a bit of girth!!!!

if your after split rim rims, image seem the cheapest though the finnish isnt as good as the schmidt rims.
