Title: which fuse?

wel a fuse has gone on my mk3 nd the central locking wont work with the alarm key fob and the display for mfa and mileage is off when the engine is off. (use to stay on before).
can any1 help me out wid wat fuse it is and how i wil be able to sort it out.

Looking in my book it says its the 2nd one in from the right a 15A, its does interior light,digital clock, central locking, fag lighter,

Also if you pull the fuse cover off from under the steering column, it has a list of the fuses printed on it.
