Title: New addition to the family

Hi All
Just had a new addition to the family.....its an 1983 A-Reg Golf GTI Campaign, Helios Blue....needs a little work.....so beware of new Topics.
Picking it up next Tuesday....shud be mailing soon after that......thanks inadvance for all your help.....

Thanks for the 'welcomes'.
I bought the car on Tuesday (22th), but I didnt bring it back because there was a blizzard going on....going up next Tuesday to pick it up, hopefully the weather will have improved by then.....
'Plans' first....because this is my first GTI Golf, I am going to get to know the car, just drive it around for a few weeks, then I will start 'finding out' what is needed to be done.....looking forward to it tho....asking all my questions!!!!

Just found a similar one in a barn around the corner from my house.
The farmer tells me he doesn't want to sell it :cry: But i'll keep working on him :wink:
