Fricken back brakes keep locking up.
Just wondering before I strip the lot down and put new pads and discs on the front.

if its the one fitted under the car and attached to the beam with a spring then yes you need to re-adjust it aftert lowering. i find that adjusting so when car is level the slack is just taken out of the spring does the trick. there is a proper procedure but it involves a pressure gauge plumbed inline with the rear brakes.
you'll find this one under the car just in front of passenger rear wheel
iirc some smaller engine mk3s just have an inline pressure regulator in the brake lines, in that case they wont need to be touched

its been ok until i changed the subframe bushes,discs and pads
now it sounds like im towing a couple of shopping trolleys.lol
