hey :) me and my buddy have just taken ownership of his uncles mk2 gti  Not a bad free gift really but we have decided that it shall be turned into crazy mobile. i have experience with japanese engines more than anything for tuning and that side of things so i'm wondering if there is anyway to fit a japo engine into it? i know mounts and stuff will have to be changed but thats fine although any info would be greatly appreciated
cheers

Better to fit a 1.8t or ABF.

if you have the skills you can make anything fit

I know of a civic type r engine in a mk1 golf.. its just wrong man, insanely fast.. but just wrong!

ABF is best bet. Good results on kjet but better on Megasquirt.

If fitting an ABF run it on factory managment, much better

MS offers much more tuning potential then digi 3.2
