Title: wheel spacers

i have just brought sum 18inch bbs r2 alloys for the golf i was just wondering on wot size spacers i should get i was thinking 15mm on the back and 5mm on the front i just dont want to be buying new tyre's all the time as i have heard you need if you don't have spacers they will rub

I believe you go up to 20mm on the back, what offset are the wheels.

its a mk4 so all i no is sumin 100 if that helps

That's the PCD

Offset will have a figure of something like ET38 or ET42 etc etc

The lower the number the further they will stick out.  Too big with the spacers and they will protrude past the arch
