Title: upgrades on AUM 1.8 T (150bhp) with 120k on the clock!!!

hey! im thinkin of tunning up my car like milltek turbo back , intercooler , airfilter and a remap  is it worth it?  will it handle the upgrades n run smooth at 120k miles on the clock???  :undecided: :undecided:

Should be ok as long as it has been serviced properly..(unlike mine was :sick: :sick:).... :grin: :grin:

Things to watch out for

split / cracked pipes
Clutch at the end of its life
Weak coilpacks - these will probably be the first to go  :lipsrsealed:

My coilpacks didn't actually give me any trouble but you can bet there'll probably be leaks somewhere in your PCV system. Either replace with OEM or spend a little bit more replacing with decent silicone hose and a catch can. I did the latter and was well happy with the result....

As said aslong as the cars been looked after ie serviced regularly ect it should be fine, there are people on here with higher milage than that running closer to the 200bph mark.
