Title: Finally got rid of the angel eyes.

As above. Finally managed to get rid of the angel eyes that were on my car when I bought it.

Not got anything against them as such but they looked a bit silly on a golf.

This looks much better i think. Will be doing a bit of modding to them  in the near future.

They look nice mate I got round to cleaning mine after u had left and work was done and I love the lights :) just need to get crystal fogs and indeecators now

To be honest they looked better on your car than on mine. Def depends on the colour.

Did mine today as well but left one in the oven too long. Oops! Melted the casing and retaining clips so had to bodge them to get it back on! looks good I think :cool:

im going to give it another good clean cos it was mega dirty when you saw it on sat and then give ita good polish and clean and then post up some pics and see what you guys think i im some will hate the fact they are angel eyes on my car now but hey each to their own :)

Will be good to see it all cleaned with the lights in. Cant really judge before that.

Also Id be tempted to photoshop the crystal fogs on to give an idea of what it will look like when you fit them.

I didnt like them on my car but I think a lot had to do with the colour of the car and my personal taste. I think with the black insert it wouldve looked better but Im more than happy with the standard lights.

At the end of the day its your car so if you like them then who cares. Theyre a bit of a marmite subject. Def look into getting the stickers made up though. Looked at a couple last night. Makes the car stand out a bit.

yeah im not sure what to do i mite take the light out the bumper all together cos i will have all of them in the angel eyes with it wired up corectly :) not sure will photoshop some stuff when i get a sec or ask one of the nice guys on here :)

also did you see any of the stickers i was on about for my rolling stones limited edition?
