Be interesting to see what this is put down to - don't know much about it tbh but air flow can cause it.
No odd noises?

16v? Holding back? Check the timing, had the cambelt done on mine a while back and it was flat, turned out it was out by a couple of teeth.

fueling
check the warm up reg is actualy doing what it should do, includeing wot enrichment

more likely to be spark if its happened suddenly, check the leads are ok for starters

Mine felt like that.
Then it seized.

Yea mine was holding back because the timing was out and it was so badly tuned.

I was going to say this as it has jus happened on my 8v, turns out the cap rotor arm its broken so I'm changing that, plugs and leads.

Hi there
Cambelt done 1K ago, leads, plugs, all filters done 1k ago, rotor arm all in place and newish....
Was out in it today after having some replacement struts done, car feels so smooth now :smug: :smug:
It fine until i started a steep hill climb about 1:8 then it really really felt like it was not going to pull me up the road.really struggling for power....then it just found its power and pulled me all the way up and home... can the ISV have anything to do this....or is that just for something else???
Any further advice much welcome
Thank you

is it only when you go up hill? Could be fuel pick up?

A guess from me, but possibly the lifter pump in the fuel tank
