Title: Philips extreme bulb popped, replaced with a Halfords bulb

Halfords extreme brilliance as an emergency buy.  Seems just as bright as the Philips.  Cost £24.99 for two. (On special offer)

I've noticed some of the bulbs have a VW emblem on the tip. Presumably you cant get replacements for those if they go :undecided:

Think you will find the emblem is actually part of the housing. Think most of the vw's have that now from 05(?) onwards unless of course the are HID.
