Um another good Poll!?.. I chose 1 as this is a mk1 section... sorry can't help... but they are easier to change than you might think if you have a little bit of skill???

Honestly, i'll try and find you a guide later, I wish I wrote one when i did mine, its like 3 bolts each side at the front and two each side at the rear to get the units out. you will need spring compressors though.  the only bit that has to be done afterwards by a professional is wheel alignment and camber...

I'm still surprised that nobody will touch it though just because it's already lowered... what kind of places are you taking it to?

gonna change mine with Chuff in the next couple of weeks... just on the verge of ordering them... will do a photo guide if you still don't have them done
