Rear top mounts or beam bushes.

I's swing more towards rear top mounts, especially if its on coilovers.

Could be an exhaust heat shield. Its quite a common thing.

If the back end sways on bumps/corners then its beam bushes

If its just a banging I'd say top mounts

Double check exhaust, if it's lowered the clearance between it and the rear axle/beam is greatly reduced.  Wiggling it with your hand might not be enough to induce contact.  Follow the exhaust with you hand as it kicks up over the beam if clearance between the two is about less than 20mm then they will make contact when the car is travelling.

My zaust rattles on the beam on idle when I got more 2 more people in the car. Annoying.

well i dont know that one.lol
its all secured but i think the piston(if it is called that) keeps on coming out when i hit a bump ect, causing a banging noise dude
i have changed the bushes and we did have probs trying toget the bolt out,so i dont know if we damaged it?????
it was ok until the snow hit, then i had to go straight over a ball of ice which banged around under the car,the car is low so prob didnt help
