Title: Clay and Lube

Got myself som clay and lube off the guys at waxamomo among other stuff but what and how is the best way to use it cheers in advance for your advice covgolf aka

Personally I use a fair bit of the lube, otherwise the clay ends up sticking to the paint which is annoying to get off!
