Title: would you buy a car with no mot?

how much is mot for 6 month's?

I'd want to know a lot more about the car before I bought it without an MOT  :undecided:

Tax band J is £129.25 for 6 months or £235 for 12  :smiley:

Yeah. I bought mine with a snapped cambelt and no MOT or tax but I found a project thread. Flew throught it's MOT after two wishbones.

might be worth taking it to a mot place before i buy to see what/if it fails?

more miles? cheaper and 1 yaer mot?
