Title: Catch can locations.

Well as title says has anyone got there catch can located anywhere different than the gearbox mount and the headlight cover want mine somewhere else lol if possible

can go wherever you want it mate.. battery cover.. hidden on bulk head some where.. head light cover.. really where ever theres space.. why you not like normal locations buddy ??

Headlight cover = crap fixing and gearbox mount looks crap lol was thinking of bulk head some how lol

mines been on my headlight for a couple of months and no problems with the fixing just a bolt and washer to hold it..

Could always re locate it to the boot lool  :grin:

Mine was on battery cover. Nice and easy to empty too, just undo the jubilees and slide off the battery cover  :cool:

Nope and the car is away at the insurance assessor, probably to be written off so I can't get you one I'm afraid  :sad:
Basically as you stand in front of the car facing the engine it's the left side of the battery cover near the front.

Think everyone goes on headlight bit or battery cover just because its the easiest place and shortest pipework.

gonna be ordering mine soon and location was a worry for mee to because the catch cans i seen on here have one pipe out the top and the other comin out under it horizontally but the one i gettin has both of the outlets at the top next to eachother comin out at a upwards angle....

will it still fit because of the coolent pipes???

That's the can I had fitted on the battery cover. Just take your time with the pipe fitting and you'll be fine...
