Title: Rear Washer Jet Direction

Is it possible to twist the jet in the middle of the spindle to the right at the same angle as the wiper ??

That only pivots the little ball with the hole. I mean twist the black bit that ball is in.... The black bit that looks like its pushed into the centre of the spindle that the arm attaches to.
