Title: wanting in the dub world

hey guys i aint actually got a golf yet but looking at one!!! my mat on here is driving a golf and it looks amazing!! well i got my eyes on a silver 1999 golf gti 1.8t standard!! i just wanted to ask what to look out for?? also my mate said the 99 model will have the the non MPE dash clocks something like immo2 or something?? i was just wondering can i change is so i get the miles per gallon ect ect
im going to look at the golf tomorrow and will post if it all goes through

hey guys i got one at last local to me and im loving every minute of it!! in the end i got a red one on a 51 plate aum engine but with old twist knob heater controls!! it already come with 18 r32 wheels with brand new tyres on there and a air filter apart from that everything is comepletly standard!!
plans are
cold air induction
forge 007
front mount brhind standard bumper(been told its hard) with anniversary splitter
full stainless system 3" turbo back with a remap to finish it off and all the other parts needed
o and also coilovers lol get it on the floor
