Hi, will this TSR linkage kit improve my 16v's gear change???

Yes along with a mk3 weighted shift rod.

I assume you just want to improve the 'feel' of the gearchange.

do a google search for 'missinglinkz' does same stuff but better as have weighted shift rod, plus he also does poly bushes for the relay shaft which are highly recommended
