Title: Removing rear shelf supports
Post by: paul69 on 17 December 2010, 19:59
I have done a search but can't find information on this. The rear shelf supports in my Gti have had the lugs removed which is annoying when closing the hatch as the shelf often jams. I want to replace them with the ones from my old Gti, but will the seatbelt cause me problems doing this?

No the hole in the shelf is big enough to get the belt & buckle through...

It's worthwile clapping the seat belt at a longer length as the are a pain is you let it retract all the way!!

10 min Job...
