Am I correct in thinking In thinking I can put anniversary rear calliper carriers on with bigger discs and keep my standard callipers? ?
-
stupid question maybe, but why do you want to change everything except the calipers?
-
I know the callipers do all the work but surely a bigger area on the disc will help? And I know someone who has the carriers so would just need discs and pads
-
The rear calipers have to be bigger, it's only the fronts you can get away with keeping the calipers going from 288 to 212mm IIRC

the pads are exactly the same aint they.. or do you use the TT pads ??
-
well those fill out the whole of the 312mm, I doubt they would fit the 288mm discs
-
i though they were the same pads im not sure..

I always thought the pads were the same for both size discs :undecided:
