just picked up a decat pipe and before i go putting it on will i see any benefits? will i have any lights come on? theres a hole for the lambda sensor to go, mines an agu
cheers
-
You'll be fine with an AGU
Benefits = More torque, tiny bit more BHP
Only downside is you'll fail your MOT
-
cool, i have a nice mot man!!

Lucky you. Just avoid the nice VOSA van man
Of course if you had a diesel you wouldn't need to avoid anyone

Not that easy these days, as Rhyso said they are now doing roadside tests as well.
-
they are only really likely to stop you if your car looks and sounds like its tuned, if your car looks like a normal family hatchback, you are 100% legal and you are behaving then there is less chance of you being stopped as there are if you were attracting attention.
-
hey a have even seen them stopping cars and measuring the noise levels from the exhaust!!!
-
VOSA do random stops so it doesnt matter what kind of car you are driving or how it sounds..
-
They will ass f*ck you regardless what car you got, not worth it TBH. I'd buy a spare cat, cut the flange ends of and weld a straight through pipe on the same length as cat and switch between the original cat and your straight through pipe depending on your use (track days).
-
not the inside of cat out and just use that as decat pipe ???

PC or PCSO
-
pcso

pcso
 I'd love to be a PC... sure there will be opportunity's coming up providing the students keep their good work up. These cuts are getting ridiculous, especially with what the union said the government is willing to compromise.
-
all i know is my job is safe
-
All right for some... Mines fine at the moment, but another 30mil cuts next year already announced, with some rumours and union stories going around that we may be next. so going to start looking for work soonish, prison service seems tempting as that where most the family is, just a case of getting in as I know they have just put a no recruitment policy in place at belmarsh
-
what you do now ?
-
CSO for the courts, I'm in the county courts which is/are the ones being most cut. Plus in comparison to the HMCS staff we get penuts  Should of took the PC roll I was offered in the RAF a few months back, will need to get in touch whether they still recruiting PC's as I know the RAF put a cap on some jobs and others its still accepting.

correct, they are civil servant jobsworths..
my point being, they are only likely to be attracted if its in their face!
-
hold on, i sold my car to a cop?? and i broke the speed limit with u in the car lol. fair play, ive been waiting for them to start recruiting again one day, but its not looking very likely in the near future
-
Wait a while the students should hopefully start a revolution  with the pi$$ed off adults backing them... I like how cameron says "the criminals should be arrested" err yeah, with prison cuts, court cuts and police cuts, sure all of them are happy with you? Followed by "we did not cause this, the students did" err yeah, your manifesto said no tuition rises, so you are the cause otherwise there would be no revolt.

Well said matey.

Well said matey.
+1
if there was no kick off then the students would just be push over`s and wouldn`t get heared!
