Thanks buddy. But mine is far from brilliant. You can polish a turd you see, my car is a fine example. :grin:

My wheels aren't Comps by the way, they are an early style TT wheel as far as I'm aware, Speedlines or something along those lines. It's not lowered very much either, I'd imagine 20/30mm?

They look really good against the grey but the GTI badge needs to be red now really.

other plans for it mate are coilovers & to drop it about 70/80mm alround if possible & changin all badges to white & a full respray also new louder standard lookin exhaust :grin: & im also havin smoked lights all round includin headlights :smiley:

I dont know, but we do get at least 2 weeks in total a year, not all together but it does happen.... usually not on your days off..

Im not sure about remaps on that engine but a friend of mine has the same car think its a 90bhp tdi 1z engine and he has installed bigger injectors and some kind of tuning box he reakons its got more poke now.

IIRC you'll want some 216 injectors for extra grunt.

The Vento front ends are becoming SOOO common now! I have been thinking about going back to the Golf front end myself (although I would never part with the early grill lol)

my bros got the rs reps on his mini and my mate has em on his polo theyre decent wheels. i know someone who had they borbet style on his e30 and theyre good too. theyll give a good look and there not too expensive. personally i would go for the rs style but borbet style might suit it...... Good Luck with which ever u get...

BTW sold my mates borbets for £350 2 weeks ago:l
