Title: Removing and refitting bumper grilles?

I've lost one of the side grilles on my mk4 front bumper.
Does anyone know how the remove them from the bumper?

Hi Ben
At the top of the grill you will find a little tag. If you pust these in, ( there will be 2) and pall towored you the grill should pop out :)

i just yank them till they come out.. they aint really held in with much thats why they fall out some times..
