mk2 5 door d-reg white gti found in legacy scapyard  :cry: wrexham still pretty much intact apart from a mint back shelf and boot trim for ?6 :smiley:

I found a C reg 3dr outside Dubusiness and was told I could take anything I wanted :grin: my boot is full of goodies now. CL spoiler-less rear glass going on soon

looking for a 16v engine in a scapyard near wrexham after the little sensor plug off the side of the cylinder head by the water intake/below the dizzy...........there is no-way i am paying ?20+ for theses little screws with a spade on!!!lol :wink:

EuroCarParts do them for ?5

just tell them you want a water temp sender for a 16v.

only difference is they aint a spade. they are a little butt type thing. but all you do is snip the black plastic of the connecter on the wire to leave the actual metal connector. this will then slide over the butt
