is it normal for the AEX in these conditions to condensate under the rocker cover? i treat it well, it gets warmed up (not a pepetouch on the throttle ever) slowly in mornings and allowed to idle after a run, and it dont get ragged...

if its only doing short journeys then you will get a bit of mayo on the cap and in the breathers. if it had oil in the water you would know about it as header tank would be full of nasty mayo crap. black bits just sound like a bit of dirt or corrosion in the coolant which is to be expected if its not have a proper flush for a while.
