Remove the panel inside the tailgate, pull the plug off the motor and see if you have power.

If so the motor has burnt out if not fuse or switch.

do you hear the wiper relay click when the rear wiper is activated? does the rear washer work? look in the rubber boot to the tailgate for damaged wires

Have you checked for power at the motor if so the motor has died.

broken wires in the rubber pipe thingy between the roof and bootlid??.I need to investigate the wifes intermittent rear demister not working and suspect this area to be at fault

the squirter works and the pump is but the motor isnt making any noise what so ever and i have checked the fuses
